I believe in using the most effective evidence-based modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I am passionate about self-care and self-growth and committed to help my clients regain the stability they deserve. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Therapist and have over five years of experience working with individuals and groups both in the inpatient and outpatient settings. I received my masters in clinical social work from Florida State University and specialize in mental health discipline.
